Teaspoons & Petals
Tea Steeped Sips & Bites Workshop
Sunday, July 20
10:00AM - 12:30PM at Cultureworks, $55
This intimate workshop starts with an introduction of Tea 101 basics (how to steep the perfect hot and iced glass of tea) and interactive recipes for tea/fruit/herb infused simple syrups and delicious pairings (all while sipping from the champagne iced tea bar).
We will learn how to create a signature tea blend by hand with various teas, dried flowers and dried herb bases. And finally, Alexis will share how she crafts her tea infused recipes for earl grey tea butter, matcha green tea goat cheese crostini and tea campfire ice cream sandwiches (watch her demo recipes while snacking on the finished steeped bites).
Take home your handmade tea blend and a bundle of earl grey tea popcorn along with other surprises, to extend the workshop in your own kitchen.
